- I know about the following bugs in BASH 1.05.1:
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Files ending in extension .sh are not automatically run as shell
- scripts; they must be run via '. name'.
- This doesn't really bother me; if you think it's vital to you, either
- fix it yourself and send me the diffs or ask me, and, if I get enough similar
- requests, I'll fix it myself.
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- BASH locks up if you attempt to run a program called make and that
- program does not exists.
- I can't for the life of me figure out why. If you fix it, PLEASE
- send me the diffs (from my version).
- ===============================================================================
- If you find a bug, please do report it (given the proviso in readme.st about
- when I can be reached); please include the folloing info: type of ST; version
- of TOS; version of MiNT; version of BASH (1.05.x) and who built it (me or you)
- and, if you did, what with (GCC/Make port and version); how much memory
- you've got, peripherals attached, and AUTO folder programs installed. I know
- that this seems like a long list, but if I get all that to start with I
- probably stand a better chance of finding obscure bugs.
- Note that a bug MUST be repeatable; reports of the form 'it crashed
- yesterday and I don't know why' will not be appreciated. If you can include
- a shell script to produce the bug and/or the history file leading up to the
- occurance of the bug it will make my life much easier.
- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- If you send me diffs, please only send me the ones relevant to your fix or
- addition. I don't want to have to plough through my own diffs to find out
- what you've actually done.
